One of our dedicated SPARK volunteers, Vickie Snoy, was recently awarded a Prudential CARES Grant. 

Retired Prudential Financial advertising manager, Vickie Snoy, of Keyport, N. J. received a Prudential CARES Volunteer Grants Award for the amount of $1,000 to bend fit Save the Park at Riverbank Friends Inc.  Since 1996, Snoy has advanced SPARK’s mission to preserve and maintain Riverbank Park in the city of Newark and to provided green space and activities in a densely populated portion of the city,  As a board member she assists in the planning and implementation of events and activities.  The park celebrated its 100^th anniversary last fall.
